Ingrid Oumlouarde, founder of SEKAI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
A graduate of an international business school, I began my career as a Project Manager. Over time, my experience enabled me to grow into leading a European sales team, before founding SEKAI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS.
One question has often inspired me: what truly makes people take action? What transforms a simple idea into a movement, a group into a united team capable of achieving what once seemed impossible.
I have always been fascinated by the stories people carry, the hidden talents within teams, and the unique energy that emerges when the right people come together.
Curious, determined and passionate, I enjoy turning ideas into concrete actions and seeing projects come to life. But above all, I care about people. Because in business, we don’t work with companies, we work with individuals.
I believe real value is built on trust, listening, and shared experience. This is the energy I bring to every project, every training session, and every strategic engagement.

My career path has not been linear, and that is precisely what has made it so valuable. I have held various roles, worked with leaders and teams facing diverse challenges, and learned that every experience, whether success or failure, brings valuable insights.

Her year studying abroad, including six months in Japan, was a turning point: total immersion, meaningful encounters, constant adaptation. It strengthened her belief that every successful project is built on listening, trust and respect for differences.
